We offer over 200 group exercise classes free with membership each month. They include classes such as BodyPump, BodyAttack, Cycling, Yoga, Soul Body Barre, Boot Camp, Silver Sneakers, and more.

Both mens and womens locker rooms are equipped with dry saunas.

We offer a huge variety of resistance machines by Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.

We offer a huge variety of free weights and free weight machines including dumbbells going up to 150 lbs.

Tanning is available to our members for an additional fee.

We have over 50 pieces of state of the art cardio equipment including a variety of treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, bikes, and rowing machines.

We offer one on one as well as small group personal training. Prices vary by quantity and commitment.

We offer group cycling classes featuring state of the art Matrix bikes and utilizing the Coach By Color training platform.

Our beautiful Mind & Body Studio is home to a variety of yoga classes including Hot Yoga. It is also where our Soul Body Barre classes are held.

Kids club is offered free to all members. We accept children from ages 6 weeks through 8 years.

WIFI is available free to our members throughout the building.
